Return Policy
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed, we may still accept your return, but delivery fees will be charged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team at info@releve.co.za to request a return and receive authorization before sending back your item.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject refunds or exchanges if the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition. Also, any delivery fees that were initially covered by RELEVE will not be refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@releve.co.za within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item, and cover the cost of shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue you a brand new item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and if initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment.
