ORDERING AND DELIVERY
How much is shipping? We charge a flat rate of R99 for orders under R800. Please note that free delivery does not apply to promo deals, only full priced items.
Can I collect my order? Unfortunately, we do not offer collections as we do not have a retail space. However, you can order our products on Takealot and collect them from one of their pick-up points. Please make sure that the listing has the RELEVE name on it to avoid imitations.
Where is my order confirmation? Once you've placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at info@releve.co.za.
When will my order arrive? We use local couriers, and shipping generally takes 2-5 working days. We'll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. If you experience any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@releve.co.za.
Can I track my order? Yes, we'll send you a separate email with the tracking details and link to track your order once it has been shipped.
RETURNS
Can I return or exchange an item? Yes, you can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged and in its original packaging. If 30 days have passed, we may still accept the return, but the delivery fee will be subtracted from the refund amount or paid by the client. Can I resell RELEVE products in my store? If you're interested in reselling our products, please contact us at info@releve.co.za, and we'll be happy to discuss our reselling options.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for orders of more than 20 items. Please contact us at info@releve.co.za for more information on our wholesale pricing.
